Excellent customer service. I stopped in to inquire about the services they provide and Maxx stopped what he was doing to ask what I needed. After a brief conversation as I shared my issues, he said, let’s go look at it. He provided an estimate based on my request for a swap out of the CP4 Ford fuel pump, Oil n filter change, fuel filters and lubricants. I also complained about a vibration that occurs during a stop at a light. Before I left we set up an appointment a couple weeks later and I received text confirmation soon after. When I arrived to drop it off I asked to add-on a transmission service which they were able to squeeze in and I got my truck back a day and a half later, which seems quite fast given the scope of the work. I felt the cost was equal to the work and I am definitely going to use them for ongoing service needs from now on. Hands down the BEST diesel shop I have ever been to. For the last 13 years of owning my 2002 Dodge Cummins 24v, I've had a lot of issues with the Chrysler aspect of the truck, one headache after another. I've been around the country in this thing and have been to way too many shops to count, most of which were "diesel performance" shops. I was told over, and over, and over again by every shop that I would never have good steering, and that I just had to accept that I would always be all over the road. The steering got so bad that I was beginning to fear for my safety and the safety of others. I reached out to Cascade and explained my situation. Maxx, Lawran, and the entire team were extremely communicative with every single issue they found, exactly what each part would cost, where they were sourcing their parts, and precisely which parts would be installed. They ran into a few snags, which I was made aware of immediately, but worked diligently to get my front end fixed. In the end, I now have steering that far surpasses the new factory steering for this year and model. It blows my mind that the setup they put on my truck running 37s actually has immediate responsive steering with even the smallest steering input causing the truck to respond, as it should. Maxx and team just completed a ton of upgrades on my 6.7 Powerstroke and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work the condition that my truck was returned to me in and the way my truck runs now. I tend to be extremely particular and who I have to work for me, and I can tell you that Cascade diesel will have all my diesel business in the future. Cascade Diesel has worked on my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 twice now and both times their service was exceptional. They did what they said in the time they quoted me. On the second visit they got my truck back to me earlier than expected. Max took the time to come out and talk to me about my transmission cooler. Highly recommend this family owned small business.
